CH-46 Sea Knight & SH-60B SEA HAWK at PAF Base Faisal Karachi

Taking off towards arabia sea means they were operating on the 5th naval fleet based in Gulf of Oman. Its a joint defence mission headed by USA and friendly allies. The choppers regularly visit Pak for refueling and sometimes briefing.

i ve seen this one today...MH-53

traveling on same line as i mentioned earlier......
it wasn't here for flood victims, i guess. because it was going towards the sea.
horrible sound like its looks...but why they are travelling freely throughout in Pakistan. even one of my FB friend took snaps of US army Black hawk near his area...
aren't they only allowed to use Shabaz air base ????

Gotcha....

today(29-Oct) i saw CH-46 (Leading) and MH-53 (behind), when i was on my way to office.they were flying so low that i could catch them from an available busted VGA 640x480 cellphone camera.they were coming from sea side and heading towards Faisal Base. Time was 13:10
Later Same day, i saw a MH-53 flying extremely low and going towards Jinnah air port. i couldn't catch dat one.
red line in this picture, over Malir Nadi shows the direction of Ch-46 & MH-53 formation movement and second on right side shows the movement of single MH-53, that i spotted later.

Yesterday at 13:30 i saw a formation of Ch-46 or Chinook Helis (i m not sure about that) flying in a circle over a particular area for 5-10 mins then they headed towards Base Faisal. they were flying extremely far so their images aren't good.but some how i captured them.

the new US ambassador was travelling in Ch-46 provided back up by MH-53. they were here for flood relief ...

i think they are participating in naval exercises and if not then ,they are here for Survey and spying ...

That's what happens when you sell your soul to the devil.

I've heard that the US only has to give the MOD 15 mins warning of any flights that are conducting in Pakistan (supposedly a sovereign country). There are also reports of US Spec ops running around the streets of Pakistan aswell as SAD CIA etc. It's gotta be worrying knowing these guys are out there doing god knows what? And there have also been reports that whilst GoP turned down US offer of Marines securing Pak nuclear intallations, US spec ops have already lazed, surveyed and placed beacons there in case of order being given to help Marine Helos locate and land.

+ why do US halos fly in pairs?? Invade of technical failures?? Missiles?? Navigation?? Or as in DUSTOFF MEDEVAC flights in Afghan when the MEDEVAC helo goes in with little firepower a much heavier armed BLACKHAWK provides cover from above??
