Can't report posts.

For the past few days I have been unable to report some posts. The report button seems to be missing. Is it because the post has already been reported by someone else, and the mods don't want to be swamped with reports about the same post?

Didn't use to happen before.

I think if you report a post once, you can't report it again. Apparently I had reported someone earlier today, and decided to re-report the post a few hours later, but the button disappeared for that post; while it was still there for the others.

Some members have diplomatic-immunity-like status, hence their posts cannot be reported.

Once reported, can't be reported again.
