The few, but often very vocal Pakistani anti-Arab (this is maybe a wrong word as they seem to love/live Arab Shia political figures, historical figures, clerics, groups, regimes in power, majority Shia-Arab countries and regions etc.) users here on PDF are a tiny, tiny minority overall and mostly their "harm" is aimed at Arab regimes, more often than not unelected.
Why should the almost 500 million Arabs and the almost 200 million Pakistanis (of various ethnicities, including people of Arab origin) hate let alone dislike each other? This is an outrageous notion.
In particular GCC/Arabian Peninsula given that we are basically neighbors (Arabian Sea/Gulf of Oman separates us) and our respective regions (Arab world/Arabia/modern-day Pakistan) have several millennia old relations (in fact since recorded history began) that predate Islam. Let alone our shared Islamic heritage since the era of Muhammad bin Qasim (ra) until today where the largest Pakistani diaspora in the world is found in KSA and the Pakistani diaspora in the GCC numbering 4 million or so Pakistanis.
There is no reason for any hostility today or tomorrow rather the goal should be to cooperate for the betterment of both parties. Disagreements here and there or not. Overall the Arab world and Pakistan face many of the same problems and challenges (same goes for the Muslim and developing world as a whole) so would it not be more beneficial to work together to solve those problems and challenges rather than wasting our time on overall very pointless issues?
As for this topic, KSA and Pakistan have been close allies since the foundation of Pakistan in 1947. As for Turkey, there are more common grounds than the opposite as well and relations have apparently reached a new height under King Salman.
Anyway the best way to ensure lasting friendships is to cooperate economically. This way potential conflicts/disagreements will be limited to ensure that mutual destruction will not take place/is unlikely to take place.
Yes this will be a great achievement but you will find alot of hatred in other sects against those who just want to follow Islam by the teaching of Quran and Sunnah. They call you Wahabis and Daesh supporters If you wont agree with their ridiculous statements. But that too can only be found on the internet. In reality they are sissies and always will be.
and this Shia Sunni is a reality. If you are a Sunni you will never marry in a Shia family and vice versa. So that Muslim unity is long gone.
I disagree with the last part. Sunni-Shia marriages are quite common in the Arab world in particular Lebanon, Iraq, GCC and Yemen. However they are less common than once because of the CURRENT political climate. I know of such intermarriages in KSA. A good friend of mine recently married a Zaydi.
However love is love and theological differences should not be our main focus but many other more important issues. Such as self-improvement and the pursuit of justice and good deeds. Simple things such as protecting our nature and the environment that we live in. Be less wasteful etc.
