Can Trump Abolish the CIA?

The President of the United States and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) are not at the best of terms with each other. With CIA’s constant opposition to Trump, the President’s authority is being marred and the threat of personal damage to Trump is also rising with time.

Donald Trump’s war with the CIA can only be won through a combination of radical measures on the part of the Trump administration and a ferocious purge of those who seek to use espionage tactics to subvert the legitimacy of the elected President of the United States. The CIA is a rogue organization and its power must be severely curtailed.

The CIA has become a thing unto itself and, as Ron Paul and his supporters have said many times, its mission has nothing to do with preserving the liberty of ordinary Americans.

It is clear that the time for compromise has long gone. With the CIA aiding Donald Trump’s political opponents who have accused him of being a kind of foreign agent, Donald Trump must take decisive action to assert his legitimacy which he earned the hard way, the real way, the democratic way.

Trump must create a new intelligence agency which will either wholly replace or take over the majority of duties currently assigned to the CIA. Through either eliminating the CIA or reducing the scope of its mission and consequently its power, Donald Trump will be able to start fresh with a new state organ that will be loyal, sympathetic, and confined to the restrictions of the Constitutional law.

At the same time, he must work to bring special prosecutions of CIA agents who have had an active hand in trying to sabotage Trump’s young presidency.

Historical precedents

Such moves have many historical precedents.

If the OSS can be replaced by the CIA, the CIA itself can be replaced by something new.

Trump cannot single-handily abolish the CIA. It would have to be approved by US Congress and they have no intention of doing so. You can reform the CIA, but abolish it? No way.

Your premise is pretty ridiculous and shows little understanding of the US system of government.
Trump has no power by himself to shut down the CIA.

BTW the OSS was only created for WW2 it was never a long term thing.

He will bring a organization called the Four Horse Men

1 Trump
2 Kushner
3 Ivanka
4 Malania

Now officially own future building at "666" on 5th Avenue in New York

  • 42 Judges Fired for opposing his views
  • CIA , no need for it
  • Press writes fake news
  • Climate change , out of window already
  • Internet Privacy Laws abolished April, 2017
  • Flight ban based on ethnicity
  • Case against him by University Students settled out of court (paying 50-60% of money stolen by Trump University)

Judges? Post a source please....I see no record of this. If you can't I'm going to have to call you out again for spreading the exact type of FAKE NEWS he talks about. Maybe you mean lawyers...which is a BIG difference. All Presidents do this.

Let me Google that for you...

Let me Bing that for you...

The people who have resigned are all prosecutors, and not judges. So you are right on that one. Also correct on the point that it is standard practice when a new government comes in.

The post you were responding to was a textbook case of fake news circulated primarily on social media or WhatsApp. Ironically, the same type that got Trump elected in the first place.
