Can someone please translate this in English from Urdu?

.
Does the following translation make sense?

When I was ignorant about my own self
I Kept on finding faults in other people
When I looked at my own mistakes
Then in my view nobody seemed to be evil.

.
^ yes it does, I don't know what does aib o hunar mean but it does make sense
and this is bit similar of this doha from KabirDas I GUESS
bura jo dekhan me chala, bura na milaya koi
jo man dekha aapno, mujhsa bura na koi.

hunar means specialty, expertise. aib means something bad or wrong in a person.

Aib means Carp = complain or find fault continually, typically about trivial matters.

.
Na Thi Jab Apne Haal Ki Khabar
Dekhte Rahe dosron Ke Aib-O-Hunar
Parhi Jab apni Gunhaon Par Nazar
To Nigah Mein Koi Aur Bhura Na Raha

"bura jo dekhn main chala
bura na milya koy
jab mann khoja aapna
mo se bura na koy"

Kabir's words

Thank you ---wonderful job

Aib = Vice

Hunar = Virtue (Skill)

Na Thi Jab Apne Haal Ki Khabar = When I was oblivious to my own condition
Dekhte Rahe dosron Ke Aib-O-Hunar = Kept judging others (for vice/virtue)
Parhi Jab apni Gunhaon Par Nazar = When I noticed my own sins (flaws)
To Nigah Mein Koi Aur Bhura Na Raha = None appeared worse (than me).

.
Valid translation, but all the beauty is lost, also, with member's inputs, you could make those lines go from literal translation to something a little more poetic.

When not I had the knowledge of my own self
I kept on pursuing the faults in others
When I came to know my own flaws
None appeared worse than I

.
Are this many people really required to translate these few lines?

Yes it makes sense. Couldn't have said it better myself.
