Can someone identify these Irani soldiers?

Can someone tell me which soldiers are these and what sort of camo is this? Are they meant to operate in snowfields etc? Why are their guns white?

What is their specialty and what skill sets do they have?

It's Iranian Army.

Read the title. Even i know that. I am asking specifically which branch of the Irani military is this.

This is not a combat uniform.they are probably forming an Iranian flag using soldiers in red,green and white.
