No Indian military officially does not. But there are some enthusiasts/journalists (some are even members of this site) that have some very good channels with quality insider video etc.

Bangladesh its hard to come by I have found.

I tried to take picture of what I think was a m24 chafee(a museum piece) and they din't let me...Bangladesh military avoids media attention at all costs and just does a regular tv show(most of which is spent talking and singing) because they have to do it for some kind of PR.
