A MACHETE-WIELDING vigiliante group has earned praise for "taking control" of the Bulgaria's stretched borders and "arresting" supposed illegal migrants.

In shocking scenes, exposing the widespread anger towards the migrant crisis, private citizens tied up several Afghans and ordering them "back to Turkey".The men have been described as "true patriots" by an overwhelming number of Bulgarians for their actions.
An opinion poll the national television channel showed that 84 per cent of the viewers supported the idea that vigilantes should be recognised and supported by the government.
