Pakistan army have provided Gilani with evidence of RAW buying Brahmabdagh, it's upto bold Hina to share the tightly guarded evidence with Switzerland.

What I can make out,
Brahamdagh is threatning other bugti tribesman so hiding in Dubai.

Then what is pakistani army and ISI doing, it cannot protect its own supporters by keeping them in karachi or islamabad, if balochistan is unsafe.
Or are the bugtis not trusting pakistani army anymore so running out to Dubai.

Possibly bugtis are caught in crossfire between pakistani army and brahamdagh.

Pakistan's interior ministry is 10 times bigger than ISI.

Bugti's themselves have many frictions in themselves. Much of the voilence in Balochistan is a result of internal frictions. Bugti's have frictions with Kalpars. Marri's have theirs. There are Raisani's, Jam's and other tribes (not to mention the Pukhton tribes).

His father used to charge 400 Million rs an year for the few acres of land they had to spare for Sui gas exploration..

Your praise isn't needed. And he kicked them out of Dera Bugti in year 2002. No Baluchistan issue in that year. So it is Barahmadagh himself responsbile for all this break and friction among the bugti's not Pakistan establishment.

ISI and Pakistan army aren't security agency The responsiblity to provide security to every citizen of Pakistan including these guys is on interior ministry. It is too simple for you to understand.
