Its practically impossible to stop the Shikars. A better solution is to ensure vulnerable and endangered species are not hunted. That would be a starting point.

Yes you don't give licences to kill animals....but surely to kill peoples (Kashmir).............If you don't take funds for brainwashing schools.................than what is Ball Takhary's party....what was happened to Babri Mosque.....What was happened in Gujarat......and what is still happening in more than 7 states of India...the separation movements....????
