It's just a continuation of themes from other threads.

In all wars of this nature, even WWII, you had a minority of actually quite wealthy Irish and English citizens supporting Hitler and the Reich.

Inevitably there will be citizens who take up arms or send stuff. For there not to be would be a surprise, though I'd expect it to be a very small minority.

I would query how the devices were traced to Muslim exporters. The title would not appear to match the content of the report.
