You genius "sex education" (your words not mine) isn't teaching kids about sexual intercourse or developing their sexuality it is about making kids aware of what sexual abuse is in the first place. How are you supposed to report a crime that you don't even realize is a crime ? About 90% of the cases in child abuse in Pakistan is done by relatives, to the children its all "okay" because they think that it is normal for relatives to act this way.

In the west, children are taught about qualifies as a "bad touch" and it is encouraged in them to report any such incidents to adults. This is the first line of defence, PREVENTION. Wouldn't it have been easier to educate the children of Kasur and all around Pakistan as to what sexual abuse is than chase after the criminals (it's been more than a week and zainabs killer has not been caught).

Hell, there are media reports that these child predetors actually tell the effected families that they have done this to their children and challenge them to what whatever they want.

There are no consequences for these criminals, reporting about them will not make iota of difference.

Psychology suggests psychopaths such as these were also once victims of sexual abuse during young age to which it was normalised. To them it’s ‘ok’. This cycle can be broken and though it may not completely get rid off it, it certainly will reduce producing further predators.

Anything else is lack of law enforcements carrying their tasks properly. That’s a policy and strategy that needs to be worked on. It’s the Government’s job to ensure this. The public can only create awareness and an increase of it especially within the same city clearly shows there’s a haven of paedophilic cult under protection or authorities are really terrible at their jobs.
