What's the need for ISIS in Afghanistan? They're already an Islamic state, but they're still there. Likewise, ISIS is in Kashmir, they may fight for the cause today. Then they'll fight for some other cause. Once you start fighting for freedom, you can never stop fighting for it. See how Afghanistan became a mess. And they're going to fight that war for eternity until everyone is extinguished as UK and Ireland did with IRA.
