The goals of the flight test were successful ascent and hot stage separation. Those goals were met. Starship also had a long duration burn. The pad held up well.

For only the second flight this is great progress.

This is a huge rocket. Not easy to get something this large off the ground...especially for a private company.

To put this into perspective here is the Long March 5 which is the most powerful rocket in China (and applauded by the Chinese here as a monumental "breakthrough" in engineering after years of development using the most brilliant minds) on the far far left in comparison to SpaceX's Starship which is on the far far right.

Having the Starship making progress is amazing...it certainly can't be called "Elon Musk vaporware".
