I won't say losers but of course its not a ideal situation .. India will claim that Pakistan is sending Terrorists and they open fire at our civilian populations , and we return the favor .. Pakistan claims Indians start unprovoked Firing on LoC .. both countries is losing their sons for this never ending war while the world Super powers has no time to solve Kashmir issue once and for all ..
