Why judges are involved in law making?

I prefer judges any day, over the donkey republic, but pointing out at invalid extension letter is merely a matter of pointing at ineptness of Imran Khan and ministers.
No surprise, Pakistan is going through it's worst socio-economic phase.

That was humiliation done by Nawaz, which people don't understand. He forced him to join Islamic army. And later his cronies made fun of him.

There's no Islamic army as of yet... and IMCTC is an alliance against terrorism, General Rahil has clarified it on various occasions to concerned Pakistanis like you, but the hallucinations never seemed to stop.
Quite contrary to what you stated, NS didn't gave clearance to General Rahil for taking up a job in his private capacity as a retired person.

First of all, there are gaps in the law that need to be fixed and that's why court has given the government 6 months.

There were mistakes in the notification.. no denying in that... because when a law is not clear on a matter, mistakes are always expected.. and that's why even the second notification was not expected..

And point for you to ponder is that the same defective law was used in Parvez Musharraf and Kiyani's extensions.. You should be thankful that Justice Khosa wasn't there otherwise Parvez wouldn't have received a single extension, which he was granting himself being a head of the state, a chief executive and an army chief at the same time.

People are not happy because of the way this matter has been handled by the court and this is the real point of contention. I think you understood it all wrong.. This could have been resolved in a closed court room hearing.. Judges made a mockery of an institution in the past 2-3 days.. people were allowed in the court who were chanting "hang bajwa so that others get a good lesson".. while judges weren't taking any notice of the situation..

And if you read all my comments, I have asked a simple question.. according to which law judges have granted an extension of six months????

Am I clear or still there's is something I have to explain?

I said it previously too.

Gen Bajwa should not have been given a 3 yr extension but only one year at the most.

However, now Gen Bajwa should just move on after this six month extension and transfer command to another COAS (But hopefully not Gen Faiz Hameed. That guy gives me the creeps for some reason, too ambitious and power hungry).

Justice Khosa was raising so many questions on the constitutional compliance on the matter of extension, he has himself given 3 months extension... now.. someone should ask him, where's it written in constitution that SC will allow a three month extension?

Why you didn't question on judges invalidating the whole extension business on the first place!
Obviously because it lacked proper legal course, hence does not qualify as a valid extension order!
So AFAIK, judges have retained the given extension, conditional to corrections in legal procedures, within six months.
If Imran Khan and ministers failed to do so within the granted period, than judiciary will re-decide on the case as they deem correct, but surely before any new jurisdiction, the case will first fall back to earlier jurisdiction, which is that extension stands invalid and Pakistan will be without Army chief, even if it is for few seconds. All thanks to the donkey kingdom.

Sorry, you can't shift the blame of Imran Khan's ineptness on Musharraf.

Still if Imran Khan and pink brigade thinks, they are being blamed for other's wrong doing, they better step away. Still the question arises.. why didn't they informed the public before elections, that during their tenure Pakistan will be in deepest socio-economic crisis because of earlier NRO.
