Great news...Now that they've displayed this in their capability expo, it's a done deal andl should be signed soon as stated by Philippines defence secratary

We should also pitch them the ship launched version for their newly acquired frigates from South Korea that will be inducted around May 2020

russia will also get its share , its nearly 49.5 percent or something.
but it depends on the deal , lets wait till the deal is final.
