They are coming with the Nora B-52s since its apart of the deal. Also we are likely to receive the LAZAR BVT along with Kenya.

BOV M10 is command vehicle for artillery system NORA B 52 (don't know what version Bangladesh bought). It goes 1 in each battery and 1 in each battalion as battalion command. BOV M11 is reconnaissance version for same artillery system, and it represent front observer. In Yugoslavia and in successor states (Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia and Slovenia, there are more successor states but only this 4 have BOV) it is Military Police vehicle, or base for tank destroyer or AA gun. When they run out of BOV vehicle Yugoimport will probably switch to another vehicle for recon and command vehicle, possibly Lazar 1 or Lazar 2.
So far there are 2 Lazar vehicle, prototype of Lazar 1 and prototype of Lazar 2. Only country that bought any Lazar vehicle is Pakistan with 3 Lazar 2 vehicle. Yugoimport design Lazar 1 for Iraq, but Iraqi didn't want to purchase any, probably because Army of Serbia didn't bought any. And Army of Serbia didn't have any money for that (as government at time didn't care much of military and there was economical crisis) and because Army of Serbia don't need MRAP vehicle, but need MRAV vehicle (with independent suspension). MRAP don't have good off road capability, and they are good for patrolling in Iraq streets, but not going into Serbia muddy terrain. So Lazar 2 was build who fixed problems of Lazar 1.
So Lazar 2 as far as I know don't came with NORA. But who knows what deal they made. If Bangladesh need good IFV on wheels Lazar 2 is good choice as he is as good as any in his class, and several times cheaper. Whit some modification Lazar 1 can be cheap version of Lazar 2 (but with worse off road capability) if somebody need street patroler.
SO I guess BOV is ok vehicle, but it have quite thin armor (Level 1 is protection against 7,62x51 mm NATO ball ammo, ball M80, at 30 m). So sniper rifle, or good hunting rifle like mausser k98, can go right thru it. And it doesn't produce any more, so BA will be one of few countries that have that type of vehicle.
P.S. Just to be clear those BOV are completely rebuild, they have new engines and everything.
