I don't care which oil you use in India... whether Coconut or Mitti ka Tail or whatever.. I used almond oil in my hair too... Oils are good for your hair.. but for God's sake, shower, shower shower! And my advice for Indian girlz, please use a good shampoo + conditioner, if you can't afford them.. a good bar soap will do, but please don't show up at work with coconut oil all over ur hair.. it smells, it is disgusting and we have to cover out noses all the time

It looks like a case of the art of Begging before maaldar South Indians.

Actually No. Almost all the Indians who came to our workplace are cheap outsourced Indians (here in USA we call them freshie off the boats). They are not rich, I am guessing they r mostly from lower middle class or middle class. I mean right now all you Indian guyz get mad for me being so harsh on these South Indian girlz, but 10 years from now you will thank me for grooming these girls. For the last 2 years, whenever a new freshie Indian batch comes from India, I am the one who trains all the Indian girls. Shila always eats with her mouth open making noises (no table manners), Priya (as I mentioned before 2 years ago on this forum) used to have a girl moustache, and I took her to beauty salon to get that moustache removed and I paid from my OWN money. And that is what I get in return from indians! Insults Insults!

Moustache, coconut oil, making noises while eating are all considered as bad ungroomed behavior. And it is my duty as a good civilian to teach those South Indian girlz some manners!!

Par bhikhari wali aadatein to tumhari dikh rahi hain, jab dekho free lunch ke bheekh maang leti hai.
Kya tum Pakistaniyon ko fashion ki samajh bhi hai, aisa lagta hai jaise dust se bhari hui baalti mein sir ghusa ke aa gayi ho.

We don't want Jammu to be part of Pakistan as it is majority Hindu and according to Kashmiris, Jammu is not as pretty and scenic as Kashmir. Ladakh, Aksai Chin etc <---- we don't want those either as those people look like Tibetans and China can have them. What Pakistanis fight about is the vale of Kashmir, which is small strip of 40 x 40 km of Kashmeer valley where most Kashmiris live - areas like Baramullah, Sri nagar etc

As i said before, Its not the matter of what you guys fight for, whether its 40 X 40 km or 4 X 4 Inch The matter is "As if you can get it, if you want to " ! Period!

It goes BOTH way... whether it is 1 inch or 4000 miles.. u guyz r not getting 1/3 NORTHERN KASHMIR EITHER. IT IS OURS!! And stop showing 1/3 Kashmir as part of Indian maps, accept the reality, that part is under Pakistan's control. Whine all about it that Kashmir was named after some Hindu Sadhu etc etc, 1/3 is with Pakistan. The so called "crown" of India is 1/3rd broken hehehhehehhe
