Yes because 90 % of terror attacks are prevented if you think those which take are only blasts your enemy was trying to carry out than you dead wrong more from 90 % to 95 % are prevented and we are getting better and would improve further. In Pakistan all major agencies are active from RAW to CIA to MOSSAD to MI6 all are active with combined budgets of more than 50 Billion Dollars and you expect to be the most peaceful country sorry but with current budget that is impossible to achieve


And by the way ask IB and FIA and Special Branch these question because internal security is there job ISI had to do it because of failure of these dumbos

Army is the most rich institution in our country as they get many privileges .
I cannot see any Pakistan army protecting or standing as a security in balochistan anywhere , they're living peacefully in a secure cantonment. All Burden is on fc which unfortunately is not that high as army but still they do their best and arrest and kill such elements . And I really don't know if fc has some special criteria of budget in Pakistan, they're the most poor but still at least they do something for peace .

So I find it hard to believe that it's about budget , it's all about efficiency and concentration on a specific area .

Look I'm from balochistan, I live in the Pakistan military area and I can see who's working more for peace .

I dont think Fc can do it alone anymore , it needs support , direct support just as sind rangers were provided by Pakistan army .

Fact remains , our agencies are still not best as it is known for .
Terrorists come in Qta, they kill , they go, u know they just killed my friend's cousin yesterday for no reason and all his family knows not what to do or whom to arrest cause it was a target killing by these dogs who are very smart than our agencies ... even I'm scared for my life now .

Your Armed Forces budget is around 8.5 Billion Dollars and in India RAW' s budget alone is around 5 Billion Dollars. PA will have to just once & for all launch a full scale military operation against rented terrorists & foreign elements in the province & eliminate rented terrorists. When PA launches the phase 2 of fencing, it is important that PA launches the full scale military ops at the same time.

Agencies need to work harder . That's it .

If in a country , an incident happens and only after that the agencies start working then it's of no use . Prevent it from the begining rather than being defensive after the attack.

Even I don't deem the murder of terrorists in mastung as a success cause they already did their job. And agencies were unaware of this all , they're even unaware of who's killing hazara .
Here's no standard security , everyone is allowed to come in the city without any checking and without any question so expect these incidents .

FC is under army command, they don't work on their own. By the time they react it's too late. Pakistan should allocate more resources to ISI and other intelligence agencies to defeat proxy war.

Raising budget of any institution is not the solution. We have many adversaries (real & supposed) and they can outmatch our increment by many folds. The true solution lies in the comprehensive dialogue with the other nations who we consider our enemies (US, India etc.) and have some sort of negotiated settlement on all thorny issues. Lets give some and take some. I do not see any other way out.
