An explosion severely damaged part of a building that housed a Turkish cultural association in a Stockholm suburb late on Wednesday but no one was injured, police said.

Police said all the windows of the center were blown out and that technicians were on site to investigate the cause. The center was located in the basement of a building in Fittja, in southwest Stockholm.

"No one was inside. No one was injured. It had been locked since earlier in the evening," a police spokesman said.

No one has been arrested and there are currently no suspects, he added.

Earlier on Wednesday, 28 people were killed and dozens wounded in Turkey's capital Ankara when a car laden with explosives detonated next to military buses near the armed forces' headquarters, parliament and other government buildings.

"The key is to obscure your intentions and make them unpredictable to your opponent while you simultaneously clarify his intentions. That is, operate at a faster tempo to generate rapidly changing conditions that inhibit your opponent from adapting or reacting to those changes and that suppress or destroy his awareness. Thus, a hodgepodge of confusion and disorder occur to cause him to over- or under-react to conditions or activities that appear to be uncertain, ambiguous, or incomprehensible."

OODA loop - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The purpose of these actions is to force Turkey into over-reacting thus destroying Turkey's relationship with other states. A good strategy for Turkey to follow would be:

1. Push for European states to unequivocally deal with the PKK as a terrorist entity

2. Have European states acknowledge the links between the PKK and powers hostile to Turkey

And then use the above as a basis for a comprehensive campaign against the PKK.

NATO and the US recognize PKK as a terrorist organization but its all lip service.....they wont do anything

Turkiye should take unilateral action and use diplomatic pressure where and when possible. Too many rats like PKK or BLA taking refuge in EU and using those countries as platforms to spread propaganda and create troubles.

I'm sure Turkey's enemies would be very happy if martial law was declared.

No, the Turkish government should act in a considered manner, with the first stage being to force other states to publicly acknowledge that these are acts of terrorism which no civilized democratic country can tolerate. It should use that as the basis to obtain assistance from other states in clamping down on the support and funding these terrorists receive.

There should be a police and security response in the outlying areas where the terrorists are based, and a military response against the main terrorist bases.

Israel never delivered weapons to those terrorists. But Turkish allies did.
Turkish Diplomacy should learn from Ukraine and Israel.
Erdogan will decide whether Turkey will exist in his current boarders or not.
