Wonder if this is a new colour scheme applied on some of the force.

It's not a black wing or a colour scheme but a camer filter that has darkened the standard colour scheme.

Yes but it couldn't have turned the Grey area into Black. !!

But it doesn't appear to be fully black to me..It is more like dark grey or Dim grey in OP.. If you look at that shaded portion of the wing so at some angle

This could be one of the ADFs acquired from RJAF(before applying PAF paint scheme)

OR could be a Blk 52 with full dark wing:
