There is a term in Pakistan 'Lifafa Sahafi' which means Envelope Journalist - a sold out journalist who takes money from politicians etc to speak in favor of them.
Here, all these memes are narrated by a guy Salim Lifafi(who's real name is Salim Safi). He's apparently known for praising Nawaz Sharif.

These are the rough translations of some of the memes/images in OP:
- Nawaz Sharif only used to breath from one nostril so that there is no shortage of oxygen in country. (Salim Lifafi)
- While driving, NS used to horn/siren from his mouth in order to save battery of car.
- NS used to steal shoes from Mosque in order to save money of tax payers.
- To save poor dad's money, NS's daughter eloped and married.
