Bilateral Ties: Iran backs development of Pakistan

You my friend are a gem in a coal field :D

One question i fail to understand, why do Pakistani's keep jumping over 'alliances'. Whether its with China, or Iran, or Turkey or KSA or whatever.

You never hear Indians talking about any kind of alliances whatsoever. Infact you would most likely hear Indians saying we should shun any kind of alliance.

Why this constant need of alliances in Pakistan? Why does it take so much of Pakistani mindspace?

Sure,

Russia, USA, Japan, Vietnam and the talks of countering China..

On a more serious now Indian seek alliances of security and economy in nature while Pakistan seeks cultural domination and ideological import. Years of Islamist suppression has killed the indigenous heritage and today we look up to Arabia and Iran.

Many nations across the globe seek alliances ( Nato is a prime example).

If we seek alliances, it is our choice. Who the hell are you to question our choices ?

Just because you do it or not does not mean we should not seek alliances.

What makes you think we should be like you.

YOU ARE NOT OUR ROLE MODEL, CHUMP.

yea right, see it all the time about japan, vietnam, phillipines and india creating alliance against china.

Wrong mate. We never wish for any alliance. India wishes to arm Vietnam and that is it. Japan asked India to join in an alliance with US, India has rejected it.

Look at actions and not words. We have consistently rejected any and all kinds of alliances. Heck we even rejected a Naval exercise of Australia, US, Japan and India because we hadnt informed Chinese personally that there was no ill intention.
We rejected it when US called it 'axis of democracies'.

What you mention are talks. These nations want India in an alliance, and there are calls within India to think from that perspective also. Yet the dominating narrative is played out by actionds.

As i said, we shun alliances of any and all kinds - even and especially security alliances.

As for economic alliances - all are welcome!

See above.

Why does Iran have to contribute anything ?
