Hard to find good monitor these days, I would suggest you Samsung LCDs. But why you want to buy a 19" or 21" monitor? Are you starting a cinema in home.

i3 computers are good but they cost more. A good quad-core desktop computer can be found easily in Lahore. Don't know about Karachi. I am using Core2Duo with no problems. Working fine for me. Just tell me why you want to buy a computer. Then I can tell you what computer will be best for you.
