The US is trying to provoke China into a confrontation. But it is very poor decision for the US to open another front especially with a country like China. I do not know what the decision-makers in Washington are thinking. Their country has to borrow money to keep its government aflow and they owe China so much money. They should know by now that threats are not going to work with China. They need a fundamental change of policy. Instead if trying to contain China, they should cooperate with China for a win-win relationship
