Beijing to convert public toilets into multi-functional facilities

Let's not get too carried away. The last thing you want is for people to be hanging out at the public toilet getting in the way of people who really have to go.

Just knock and ask nicely and in a firm voice, " Toire o okari shitemo iidesu ka? "

The reply
"2-Jikan de yakyū gēmuōbā"

bwahahahahahahahahaha!!!

The improvement measure is for the waiting area.

Hopefully the one doing the waiting won't scream out loud, "Araaaaa! Onarra surru tsumori data kedo!! Unchi ga di chataaaaaah!!"

This might be a good suggestion bro. China does export toilet, check this model used in Shanghai:

Mobile or semi-planted lavatories (environmentally-friendly), mainly used for special events and where underground sewage is unavailable

The industry is very matured and competitive, lots of options for domestic or foreign markets. For India, say if procures 10 million units of these (their plan is roughly 120 million toilets as per some news), problem solved right away.

Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan: PM Modi govt builds 7.1 lakh toilets in January - Firstpost

@Leviza

Just to add that mobile toilet (container toilet, prefab, etc) is a matured export for China, you may find literally thousands of models available on China's export portal like Alibaba.com, all specs, sizes, even hi-tech ones! There is nothing stopping India from installing toilets, say if purchase a $20k model then 10 million units only costs $200 billion, just buy!
