What's new

Beijing, Seoul start new chapter in trade

I told u many times already. Using trick, money manipulation, to get money from the West will lead CN to no where. The West will kick u out of the game soon if u keep manipulating your currency.

But the RMB has just been added to the IMF's SDR, which is a testament on part of China that it has no intention to hard control the currency. In fact, the US government went all nuts when China allowed the RMB to devalue a few percentage points.

Besides, for years, the US abstained from designating China as currency manipulator, except some US political salesman for some elections points.

Addedd to the IMF's SDR means more pple in the wolrd will get angry at CN when RMB keep going down. CN almost gain Nothing but a good propaganda for its own pple.

Wish Vietnamese currency( Does Vietnam have its own currency?) will be added to IMF's SDR soon.

I just checked online, Vietnam does have its own currency called "dong" I guess it sounds like dung and worth like dung, it devalues every day.

Told ya, every neighbor want to hug the big panda. It's okay to be our subordinate, it's just like the good old ancient times when everybody paid tributes to China and in return they receive gifts from the Chinese Emperor.

My friend, this subordinate-superior relationship that you and many other Chinese nationalists espouse so often does not build or cultivate a culture of equal relations that we Japanese strive to attain with our East Asian neighbor(s). If Japan is to engage with China and Korea in greater aspects, it will be on an equal footing platform. None of this superior-inferior or superior-subordinate relations.

If we can establish that, then there should be no barriers to greater Japanese-Chinese relations and engagement(s).

Regards,
A Japanese Nationalist

"Dong" is Đồng, means copper( old money was made by copper) and Dong was the borrowed word from Chinse character 铜(Tóng).

So, due to your Low IQ,you r insulting your own CNese character

CN changed it currency wt 1 new RMB for 10,000 old RMB in 1950, so in fact 68,000 RMB equal wt 1 USD now.

CN currency is the worst currency in Asia.

I did not know this. But think, 1950, PRC is barely one year old.

@Shotgunner51

On topic: It is a given that the FTA signed with Korea will change China's trade and technological cooperation dynamics more to the favor of Korea. Hopefully, it will also boost the negotiations to complete the CJK FTA.

Production of banknotes by communist forces ceased in 1936 but resumed in 1938 and continued through to the centralization of money production in 1948. A great many regional banks and other entities issued notes. Before 1942, denominations up to 100 yuan were issued. That year, the first notes up to 1000 yuan appeared. Notes up to 5000 yuan appeared in 1943, with 10,000 yuan notes appearing in 1947, 50,000 yuan in 1948 and 100,000 yuan in 1949.

As the communist forces took control of most of China, they introduced a new currency, in banknote form only, denominated in yuan. This became the sole currency of mainland China at the end of the civil war. A new yuan was introduced in 1955 at a rate of 10,000 old yuan = 1 new yuan, known as therenminbi yuan. It is the currency of thePeople's Republic of China to this day.
