- The Telegraph reported | July 13, 2014

Defying the odds after a dozen years as Iraq’s most wanted man, Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri, Saddam Hussein’s former deputy, has emerged as a key figure in the Sunni advances in the north of the country.

The septuagenarian ex-regime hard man has been reported to have joined fighters near his home town Tikrit and even to have paid a visit to the grave of the former dictator in a symbolic moment of return.

Its really shame that IRAN is unable to attack Israel and ISIS with Missiles which it can easily buy from Russia with upgrades. I am saying about old ones which Russians has.

It really is a shame.
Not at all. India should be helping ANA in getting all of the older Short and Medium range missiles from Russia and other countries which were being produced by soviet union and upgrade it with latest avionics system for precision strike package so that ANA can protect against any foreign incursion especially from borders.
