Lepanto was won because Ottoman ships were trapped and could not move freely. Ottoman ships used hit and run tactics and open water to hit their enemies nothing to do with gun technology, lepanto was won due to tactics and strategies.

Vienna in 1683 was won due to the Ottomans deploying the wrong strategy to deal with the Polish relief force and also how the Crimean Tatars failed to delay the Poles this happened due to infighting.

Technology had nothing to do with either battles more to do with factors like strategies, tactics and infighting.
