Bashar Al-Assad visits UAE

LoL

Assad is looking for safety, Russia is losing so the first who leave the sinking ship is rats, the rat is looking for mainland and Iran is not the land he can find support. This is a big sell out, from Russian to terror exporter Iran. Turkey dos not need Israel if we want to harm that rat. Stop with writing stories, you should ask for money before the rat kick you out from Syria :p: .
It's not a sellout. Syria is simply establishing diplomatic relations again.

Meanwhile Turkey has been badmouthing Israel and the UAE for the last 5-6 years and now suddenly you're running to meet the "traitor Arabs" and "Zionist occupiers". You've gone from NATO to Russia and back to NATO.

You really can't talk about "rats jumping ship".

We need each other lol, this is politics. But who needs assad? Syria is dead, ther is no county anymore. Split in 3 wher Turkey, America and Russia is talking about. Maybe we can ad Iran to the list, Turkey does not talk with Syria but with Russia. So what valeu does assad have? Rats is leaving the ship and looking for save harbor.

Somali is a sovereign country and historically a major Indian ocean power that were allied to the Ottomans..

Somalis are the great example of giants who have fallen from grace and even forgotten how vital they use to be.. Even the Ming Dynasty had ties with them but history don't forget maybe the peoples minds have. potential is there and they will bounce back under Turkish guidance

I dont know what else can people interpret from this news beside a simple message that Gulf nations are doing some maneuver in foreign affiars amid current rus-ukr war.

Syria is divided and partitioned it has no potential and never had except being annexed by the next powers which it will do also now eventually but Somalia is different case it is stragetically important and needs to bounce back

Strategically important because of the Gulf of Aden? Syria in the same sense is a country in the Mediterranean that friendly countries can get influence easily. Especially now.

Somalia has been a torn to pieces too. And not exactly making some amazing progress.

No superpower who can split Somalia in two? Are you kidding?

. . . .
It is not split just like a catalonia region in somalia but no referendum has passed...
It's de facto independent. Plus there is a lot of territory controlled by insurgents and terrorists in Somalia. So the situation is more or less like in Syria.
