That is a side door for launching RHIBs. Fitted with a crane usually which lowers the RHIBs on to the water.

Bangladesh Navy SWADS teams (in fact all Bangladesh Navy commando teams) operate RHIBs. RHIB stands for Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat and are used to tackle and neutralize small marine targets (like small patrol craft) or used to board smuggler or illegal fishing vessels.
