Do you really think WTO would spend billions of dollars by establishing offices in every country just to get data?
You are as usual without any practical touch with the reality of WTO. It is the same with ADB, WB, and others. They have very minimum presence in Dhaka and without a secretariat to do clerical jobs.
It is not its duty. It invariably collects economic data from local sources and compile its own forecasts based on these.
