What have u seen better in last 70 years due to Army rule? How is ur life now gone better than before? name one thing as a pakistani citizen, am happy to close this thread myself if u have decent answers.

What have u seen better in last 70 years due to Army rule?

Fully autonomous Local bodies govts answerable to none other but the people of the city, a setup of universities in almost every Pakistani district, higher education commission, socio economic revolution, world class rescue department , petroling police for rural areas. Opening up of schools degree colleges and basic health units even in the remotest of the areas, making the bureaucracy subservient to a city mayor and last but not the least free media.

Only Army rule which did good was the one under Ayub.

This is not true. The magic ingredient was us assistance. He was dumb like any other general of his Era. Mushi is the best.

Almost every individual and/or institution, in power and authority, failed to deliver.

Govt needs to perform economically well as simple as that. Rest everything will be taken care of.

PMLN govt used to take loans to provide subsidiary on food items and energy products like oil and gas. This was economically not feasible but in the eyes of common man, it was a relief. Current Govt is not adopting this strategy which is actually hurting their narrative among general public when they see everything in the market getting expensive and this will continue in foresee future because of IMF agreement and PTI economic policies in general. So to me, PTI govt needs to do different to shut everyone's mouth on their own. Providing some relief on food items should be a good start. How they will do it, its up to them.

This is where lack of education hurt the common man, it feels good until the burden on country is so much the economy would collapse. Traders and Common man don’t want to pay taxes yet want everything as if they have.

It’s this mentality that’s going to either today or tomorrow their generation will have to pay.

• End 18th amendment
• Make more provinces
• End Parliamentary System
• Fix Judiciary
• Make same education system in whole Pakistan which include also madrasa
• Make one year military training complacency
• Everyone should learn skills before joining college

Rest add more points alot needs to be done we had 2 golden opportunity we missed

We respect army as an institution.
But there is also corruption on every level in the Army but civilians don’t know about that.

People think Army is the “Establishment” which is not true. Army maybe part of the establishment but it’s not the establishment.
