Ayub Khan addressing Pakistani Nation on 1st of September 1965 , telling about the deteriorating situation in Kashmir where an indigenous uprising is being blamed on Pakistan. The cross border aggression by Indian army and the forceful deportation of half a million Indian Muslims from Bihar and West Bengal to East Pakistan .
This was the prelude of the 1965 war which started at 0400 Hrs on 6th of September 1965.

Nah. I haven't He is most probably indicating the Bihar riot followed by Riots in Bengal that forced Many Biharis to withdraw towards Bengal. @Akmal @asad71 might know.
