Estúdio Coca-Cola or Coke Studio is technically the same term. The concept of Coke studio is owned by the coca cola company. If it was an independent Brazilian company, Pakistan using "Coke-studio" would have been challenged/sued by the Brazilian company since it was already in violation to the copyrights. But since it is owned by Coca Cola and not brazil or Pakistan it comes with no strings attached and Coca cola reserves the right to launch or shut this program anywhere in the world. There is a big difference between the theme of coke studio and Estúdio Coca-Cola but it is owned by the same company and they had the right to manipulate the program as and howsoever they desires.

The idea is similar to "who wants to be a millionaire" which started from 1 nation and later spread all over the world with minor differences in the program format
