'Timings', timing of this incident is suspicious to me and I am not trying to introduce any conspiracy theory here.

I mean why it happened when Pakistan is raise voice for Kashmir on every forum?

Why this incident occurred right be Khan's UNSC speech?

Indian can and will try to use it as leverage in front of Intl community and say forget about IoK and look how minorities are suppress in Pakistan. Indian could and might use it against not only Pakistan but against Muslims too.
