Oh Come on , No deal exist which bounds Pakistan to use their Fixed Asset either for Attack or Defense.
There is no need to worry about this , Even if Pakistan Violates the Agreement , will US gonna come to Pakistan and take back all the jets? that's a ridiculous joke. Things don't work that way. F-16 Falcons were for India from Day 1 . consider it a Trophy we won from US since we acted as Allies on different fronts.
