The 'Thrashing' is a ceasefire violation that's been going on since time immemorial for both the sides. How is it a scale-up from previous cease-fire violations? There are articles with your newspapers claiming a similar count on a lot of occassions as well

The target audience for the army was your army and the 'non-state actors'. The de escalation in infiltration in Kashmir combined with an increasing iron grip on the situation in the valley are good KPIs to determine the success in the aftermath

I agree Areesh that there is a lot of sabre-rattling that happens on both the sides, nothing stops your army from claiming such strikes as well. You may believe what you want to

Surgical strike, cross border raid, and wet dreams in 2016, I don't mind what you call it. I only find your acceptance of is very amusing. Also, whenever you folks have time, please provide us that footage and other proof that allegedly existed and was to be released and that now we are denied, we're anxious to see it.

After all, in all reasonable debate, if one claims something outlandish and then claims to have proof, the burden of proving it lies upon the claimant. That would be the Indian army and authorities in this case. Or at the very least, please at least contract out footage to bollywood, even a standard bollywood musical would suffice.
