I mean no disrespect to nepalese, I mean its shameful that we employ foreigners.. nothing against nepalese, I like them.

And why is it shameful that we employ foreigners?

Come out of this mental set up. Nepal and Bhutan are 'foreign' in only the strictest sense of the word. We share a civilization. We may have political problems with one, it does not mean we reduce or stop our massive people to people contact and connect with them.

I think it is admirable that people of Nepal and Bhutan are treated just as Indian citizens for employement though without voting rights.
