I think fencing the border is long overdue. We should have done so at least a decade ago. We only left things as we were expecting a dole out from US.

Do you have any info regarding where/how it will be fenced?

The biggest challenge was the mountainous terrain, so if they are expediting it now I imagine some villages might end up being trapped on the other side of the fence
