I have noticed that there have been a number of threads running on the Kashmiri student issue for the past few days. In particular

these three threads are discussing the same video. I pointed that out on the second post itself (Kashmir Students vs Indian Students yet @Aeronaut posted on the thread but didn't merge them. So I was wondering if the policy has changed and multiple threads on the same topic are now officially allowed. @WebMaster please clarify this. Thanks.
