'Apocalyptic' roaring sounds captured on video sparks HAARP weather control FRENZY

MYSTERIOUS “roaring” sounds heard across Slovakia has been linked to a bizarre weather control conspiracy online.
The footage shows the skies above the Eastern European country.
Deafening sounds – almost like a trumpet – blare out from an unknown source.
They bear a startling similarity to the “biblical” sounds heard in Chile last year.
The clip was posted by Martin Mikuas to YouTube, who wrote: “An interesting cloud phenomenon in the sky and mysterious apocalyptic sound.
“With frequent observations of these sounds, I noticed that this mysterious sound can be heard before or after the bigger earthquake in the world.”
More than 2,000 people have seen the footage, with many using the cloud formations and mystery sounds to suggest HAARP was behind the footage.
The High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Programme (HAARP) was initiated as a research project between the US Air Force, Navy, University of Alaska Fairbanks and the Defence Advance Research Agency.
Many conspiracists believe the US government is already using the HAARP programme to control weather occurrences through the use of chemtrailing.
Commenting on the baffling footage, one viewer wrote: “Look at those HAARP waves.”
Another simply wrote: “Has to be HAARP. You can see the clouds or chemtrails rippling before your eyes.”
A third added: “Due to how those clouds look it must some sort of weather phenomenon.”
And a fourth simply said: “HAARP.”
