Alqaeda Terrorist is safe in Idlib Province for the time being so far as Government haven't conducted Massive Operation in Idlib. Rebels who have agreed to reconcile have rejoined Syrian Arab Army again under National Defense Force Banner like in Dara.

For ISIS Terrorists, Their are still hiding in Syrian Desert in Deizr Al Zour Province it requires a Combing Operation. Most of Them are Killed in hundreds during battles for Deirezor, Raqqa Damascus and Homs. Most simply go into hiding. Many are still fighting with SDF in Euphrates River North near Hajin towns. These are the recorded facts. Thats for Syrian Terrorists. Cant say for Iraqis
