The knife was by her body when she got taken out. There are pictures of it online.

As for how many shots, I haven't looked into it so I'll take your word for it (even though everything you've posted is bull) - but a suspected terrorist in the UK was shot 7-8 times. Putting several rounds into a terrorist is standard procedure. A terrorist a couple of weeks ago was shot by a civilian and because he lacked the training, he only shot him once and the terrorist got back up before being shot again.
