I can't recall any city or region being under curfew for three months like IOK, and still the occupational forces haven't managed to oppress the spirits of Kashmir people...in fact Indians admit if anything, more and more young Kashmiris are joining militancy. However more and more Indian security officials are deserting their posts.

So the foreign office spokesman was speaking in his Terminology " Counter Terror Operation "

The corresponding term used by the Military is : Surgical Strikes
