This is nothing about falling apart. As if India rocket cant failing apart. This is about precise control which low tech India can only dream off. Precision is not the specialty of India. At least it didn't crash land on some villagers house. This would be an outrage in the US. In China this is just another thing covered up by the Government from the sensitive eyes of its citizens...just a fact of life.
