what is their excuse?

a few mins ago i was reading something about performance of england in this world cup, the players and others seem to blaming Fabio Capello for the poor performance against algeria. we all know that the team managers play crutial role in wining the matches, but it is the players who play in the field, if they cant play properly, why to blame the manger?
