An Indian vlogger in Pakistan - in Gilgit Baltistan - is he on a mission?

An Indian vlogger Ravi is in Pakistan shooting videos around the Gilgit Baltistan area, traveling by road documenting land routes, terrain, and landscape all the way to LOC. This video is uploaded on 7th May. Looking at provocative statements from the Indian government about Gilgit Baltistan, should an Indian vlogger be traveling to this area? His focus is on the terrain, roads, bridges and contours instead of people and culture.

It is a beautiful video - I am questioning intentions and possible misuse of his learnings on the ground. If "there is nothing to worry about" then I want to send Pakistani vloggers to Jammu and Kashmir as well as in Indian Punjab. Can someone please organize some travelers.

Pretty sure Hurriyat conference provides you a 1000 times more intelligence than what a Pakistani vlogger in J&K can provide. I wouldn't mind Pakistani vloggers in Kashmir at all. Terrain, roads and bridges can easily be observed from satellite imagery, it's not really sensitive information anymore. Google Earth contains more sensitive information than a million vlogs like this.
