What exactly do you mean? Do you mean a mod who is more than likely a (lets say, Caucasian) or an American by birth or do you mean a mod who lives in America in general? If it's the later then I think there already is an admin or a mod who lives in USA and it makes sense to have a mod who lives in USA because we have much faster internet here and it's much easier to access or modify the database.

Edit: I love this forum and although I know for a fact that my post count and quality is nothing compared to most of the members here but one day I would like to be a mod. I am an Software Developer and use to run my own forum.

USA is technically the biggest hanger that people hang on their misfortunes, so, appointing an American Mod won't be a good idea at all. Damn USA, I can't sleep.
